Hi Alanna,
I was glad to see such improvement in your teaching and classroom management yesterday. You are moving right along and I have confidence that you will have a successful take-over week. Many, many have gone before you and most have had the same sorts of concerns and angst so you are not alone.
Thanks to you and Jay for doing the 3-way conference yesterday. I saved me a trip to Brookline today.
The final date that we need to set is for a final 3-way conference. For that conference, I will have written the evaluation piece of your PPA - in draft form and informed by Jay - that we can take a look at. I will also take a look at the materials you have compiled to support your PPA. I am hoping we can arrange for a time on Tuesday, December 13th for this conference; I am keeping the entire day open. Please talk to Jay and let me know if and when the two of you are available on the 13th.

Hi Janet,
I am very happy about my lesson from yesterday. We continued it today and the students really seem to enjoy it. I talked to Jay about the next three-way and he said that Tuesday, December 13th would work well. We do have a slot at 12pm when the kids are at art. If we meet at that time we will have about 45 minutes. Will that be enough time?

Hi,
Remember that your enthusiasm for the writing project translates to the students - sort of contagious. I am glad they are enjoying the project because it is certainly a worthy thing to do.
Tuesday, the 13th, at noon is perfect and I have put it in the calendar.
